1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "bedbd" refers to the website accessible at bedbd.io, including all subpages, game lobbies, betting sections, account management pages, and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a real-money account on the bedbd platform and is authorised to place bets and participate in casino games.
• "Account" means the personal account opened in the Player's name following successful registration and verification on bedbd.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" refers to the funds held within a Player's bedbd account, including real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account under a specific promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bedbd before a Player's first withdrawal.
• "Accepted Payment Methods" means bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, and any other methods listed on the bedbd deposit page from time to time.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all time-sensitive communications and deadlines on bedbd.
• "Prohibited Activities" means the activities described in Section 8 of these Terms, which are forbidden on the bedbd platform.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and operate a bedbd account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bedbd is strictly an adult-only platform. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal structures may not hold a bedbd account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) active bedbd account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either on bedbd or through any third-party responsible gambling scheme, at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing bedbd from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you personally. bedbd does not make representations as to the legal status of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must not have had a previous bedbd account permanently closed due to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms.

bedbd reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Providing false information during registration will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3Account Verification (KYC)

bedbd is committed to maintaining a safe and transparent gaming environment. As part of this commitment, bedbd applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts prior to the first withdrawal and periodically thereafter at bedbd's discretion.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to complete verification:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy or photograph of your National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate showing your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits to your bedbd wallet.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, bedbd may request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds deposited into your account. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing.

bedbd will review submitted KYC documents within 24 to 72 hours (BST). During the review period, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold. Failure to provide required documents within 14 days of a verification request may result in account suspension. bedbd uses all submitted documents solely for verification purposes and handles them in accordance with the bedbd Privacy Policy.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

bedbd accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount is subject to the limits displayed on the bedbd deposit page and may vary by payment method.

The following rules apply to all deposits made on the bedbd platform:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• bedbd does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of bedbd.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your bedbd wallet within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
• If a deposit is credited to your bedbd wallet but you believe the amount is incorrect, you must contact bedbd support within 72 hours of the transaction. Claims made after 72 hours may not be investigated.
• bedbd does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency, foreign fiat currencies, or any payment method not explicitly listed as accepted on the platform at the time of deposit.
• All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Amounts displayed on bedbd use the ৳ symbol.

bedbd reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any significant changes to available deposit methods via email and platform notification.

5Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of real-money balance from their bedbd wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before bedbd will process any withdrawal request.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold cannot be processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to a different payment method may require additional verification.
• bedbd targets a withdrawal processing time of within 24 hours of a verified request, though in practice the majority of withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within 1 to 4 hours during support operating hours.
• bedbd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the completion of applicable wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• bedbd does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, receiving financial institutions or mobile money providers may apply their own charges, which are the Player's responsibility.

In cases where a withdrawal is denied, bedbd will communicate the reason to the Player via the registered email address or live chat within 48 hours of the denial decision.

6Bonuses & Promotions

bedbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration. Specific bonuses may additionally require KYC verification to be completed before the bonus can be activated.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balance pools within your bedbd wallet. Real-money balance is used first for bets unless a bonus requires its own activation stake.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, gifted, or exchanged for cash at any ratio.
• bedbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases where bedbd believes a Player is misusing or abusing the bonus system.
• Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk or systematically hedged betting patterns designed to unlock bonus funds without genuine risk — will have their bonuses forfeited and their account reviewed for possible suspension.
• Seasonal promotions, including Eid offers, Pohela Boishakh promotions, BPL season bonuses, and ICC tournament specials, are subject to availability and separate terms published at the time of each campaign.

7Betting Rules & Game Rules

All sports bets, live casino bets, slot machine wagers, and other game stakes placed on bedbd are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bedbd does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and confirmed, except in cases where a market has been voided by bedbd in accordance with these rules.
• bedbd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or obvious pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's wallet.
• Cricket betting markets follow the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB) at the conclusion of the match or series. In-play bets are settled based on the state of the game at the moment a market is suspended or closed, as applicable.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). bedbd does not have the ability to influence the outcome of any game. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot and RNG games are published in the respective game information panels.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the live dealer and physical gaming equipment (cards, roulette wheel) operated by the game studio provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi). bedbd is not responsible for technical interruptions during live game sessions; in the event of a disconnection mid-game, rules specific to each game provider's disconnection policy will apply.

8Prohibited Activities & Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bedbd platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility.
• Duplicate Accounts: Creating or operating more than one bedbd account simultaneously, or creating a new account after a previous account has been permanently suspended.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions through systematic low-risk staking patterns, multi-account bonus farming, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine participation.
• Money Laundering: Using the bedbd platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. bedbd is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the bedbd platform without human direction.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker or card games.
• Match Fixing or Insider Information: Placing bets based on privileged, non-public information about the outcome of any sporting event, or participating in any arrangement to fix the result of a match.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes with your bank or mobile money provider after funds have been deposited and used on bedbd.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from known exploits are subject to forfeiture, and the Player is obligated to report such issues to bedbd support.

9Responsible Gaming

bedbd is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. bedbd urges all Players to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling begins to feel like a compulsion rather than a choice.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified bedbd account holders via the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your bedbd wallet.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts or session-end notifications after a specified period of continuous betting activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period (24 hours up to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your bedbd account and request that you are barred from re-registering. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months.

bedbd strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account closed immediately, all deposits returned where verification of source is possible, and all winnings forfeited. 10Account Suspension & Termination

bedbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if bedbd has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Player's account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal purpose.
• The Player has engaged in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8.
• Closure is required to comply with a legal obligation or instruction from a competent authority.

Players may also voluntarily close their bedbd account at any time by contacting the bedbd support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after satisfactory identity verification, provided no outstanding investigation is pending. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the bedbd platform — including but not limited to website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the bedbd brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of bedbd or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property owned by bedbd.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bedbd platform without prior written consent from bedbd. 12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bedbd's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the bedbd platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bedbd shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of cause:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of anticipated savings arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions.
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where bedbd has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• Losses attributable to incorrect information provided by the Player during registration, KYC, or payment requests.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, internet infrastructure failures, or acts of war.

The bedbd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bedbd makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond its stated function as an online betting and casino entertainment service.

13Privacy & Data Protection

bedbd collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with the bedbd Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on bedbd, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bedbd will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors and identity verification partners as strictly necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable law. 14Amendments to These Terms

bedbd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bedbd platform after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact bedbd support to close your account and arrange the return of any real-money balance.

15Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version shall prevail in all interpretations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed by contacting the bedbd customer support team directly, providing a clear written description of the issue.

bedbd will acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and aims to resolve them within 14 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the bedbd support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed independent mediation process before pursuing any other legal remedy.

bedbd operates as an entertainment platform. These Terms do not create any partnership, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and bedbd.
